Locum Family Medicine MD/DO needed in Sonoma County

$140-160/hr all-inclusive pay rate

Start Date: ASAP – Most likely 1st week of June

LOA: 90 Day contract with option to extend.

Credentialing: 2 weeks

BC, BE

ACLS or BLS, DEA

MUST see all ages. Chronic Care/Pain Management, Diabetes is prevalent in their community – MUST be comfortable dealing with that.

Patient Volume: 12-14ppd

Schedule: M-F 8-5 no flex.

Call: They have the providers do evening calls 1x/week I believe she said. It’s just phone triage. THEY DO NOT NEED TO GO INTO CLINIC.

EMR: EPIC – need someone that has experience with it. OR must be EMR savvy. (Don’t have a ton of time to train providers on it.)

License: CA prefer, CAN TAKE ANY STATE LICENSE. No malpractice.
