This community health center is dedicated to providing comprehensive primary care services to the local population. The facility focuses on delivering quality healthcare with a patient-centered approach and serves a diverse mix of pediatric and adult patients in an outpatient setting.

Opportunity:
Physician - Family Medicine

Job Details:
• Provide family medicine services seeing 18 patients per day minimum
• Schedule includes Monday-Friday 8-5 with possible 10-hour shift options
• Serve a mix of pediatric and adult patients in outpatient setting
• Include some chronic pain management in practice
• Complete chart closure within 72 hours
• Must maintain active California medical license
• Board certification required (Board Eligible considered if 5 years or less since residency)
• DO candidates accepted
• Active DEA required before start date
• BLS certification required
• Well woman care and IUD insertion/removal preferred
• Pediatric care from newborn through adolescent preferred
• Required immunizations include 2025-2026 Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray, MMR Titer, Hep B Titer, Varicella Zoster Titer, and Tdap
• Credentialing timeframe 30-60 days (typically 6 weeks with timely submission)
• Decision typically made within 7-14 days
• 30-day notice required for ending assignments
