Primary Care Provider Lancaster, California (MD/DO)

Job description

Responsibilities:

Provide care for acute and chronic conditions

Develop treatment plans and preventive care strategies

Review labs and imaging; ensure appropriate follow-up

Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation

Coordinate specialist referrals

Supervise mid-level providers as needed

See approximately 16–24 patients per day



Requirements:

Active California MD or DO license

Board Certified

DEA license

Current CPR certification

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Community health or FQHC experience a plus

• $280-$340,000/YR
