Schedule Options:
• 3–5 days per week
• No call required

Assignment Details:
• 13–26 week assignment (3–6 months)
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Treat patients of all ages, including pediatrics and adults
• Average daily volume: 18 patients (21+ preferred)
• May work across multiple clinic locations
• Opportunity to supervise Advanced Practice Providers
• Full-week orientation required prior to start

Practice Setting:
• Outpatient Family Medicine
• Clinic-based practice
• Scheduled patient appointments

EMR:
EPIC

Requirements:
• Active CA Medical License
• DEA Required
• BLS Certification
• Board Certified preferred; Board Eligible accepted
• Minimum 2 years of experience
