Assignment Details:

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 13–26 Weeks
Coverage Type: Scheduled, No Call
Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
EMR: EPIC
Average Daily Census: ~18 (21+ preferred)
Patient Population: All ages (must be comfortable treating pediatrics and adults)
Case Mix / Procedures: Primary care outpatient services; detailed procedural scope to be reviewed during interview
Additional Notes:
Physicians will supervise midlevel providers
Must be comfortable working across varied clinic environments (brick & mortar, school-based, mobile)
All-inclusive rate

Requirements:

State License: Active California license required (in hand)
Certifications: BLS required
Board Certification: Board Certified preferred
DEA: Required
Experience: Minimum 2+ years required

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days or less
