Fall Starts
Upon credentialing
Mon–Fri | 5x8s (8a & 11a starts) | 1–2 evening shifts/week
Part-time or full-time available
12-hour shifts possible depending on clinic
Practice:
Outpatient clinic | EPIC
Home base at 1–2 clinic locations
~18 patients/day
Strong support: MAs, RNs, LVNs, Behavioral Health onsite
Requirements:
BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active CA license
DEA + BLS + ACLS
Spanish-speaking strongly preferred
Clean background/malpractice history preferred
Credentialing:
~12–14 weeks
