📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
🔹 Contract Length: 2–3 months
🔹 Schedule: Scheduled coverage with no call
🔹 Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
🔹 Employment Type: 1099 Locum Tenens
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: 2–3 weeks
🔹 Opportunity for extension or locum-to-permanent placement
🔹 Active California license required (no licensing available)

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Outpatient primary care clinic
🔹 Bread-and-butter Family Medicine
🔹 Average of 13–16 patients per day
🔹 No procedures required
🔹 Collaborative care team with dedicated Medical Assistant, Registered Nurse, and Referral Clerk
🔹 Multiple physicians and APPs onsite for support

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
🔹 Active California license required
🔹 Local candidates preferred
