Family Medicine Physician Needed in Gilroy, CA | Community Clinic | All Ages | No Call

Job description

This is an outpatient family medicine opportunity at a community health clinic in Gilroy, California, serving all ages - both children and adults - with an average daily census of 18 (21-plus preferred). The organization operates brick-and-mortar, school-based, and mobile clinics; this role is primarily brick-and-mortar, and the provider will likely split time between locations. The schedule is 10:00a-7:00p or 1:00p-7:00p, three to five days per week, with no call. The assignment runs approximately 13-26 weeks, and credentialing runs 30 days or less. Orientation is a full week (Monday-Friday), which providers must attend in full.

The physician should be able to supervise midlevel providers, and documentation is in Epic.

Candidates should be an MD with an active California license in hand and a DEA, along with BLS and two or more years of experience. Board certification is preferred, and board eligible is accepted.
