Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Visalia, California, working Monday through Friday on a 36 or 40-hour work week with a 5x8 or 4x9 schedule. The expected caseload is 18-24 patients per day depending on schedule, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of chronic conditions, wellness checks, and physicals. The schedule includes one weeknight shift per week with an end time of 7:00 PM and one Saturday shift per month. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
