This community health center is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care services to a diverse population in Northern California. The facility operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, offering a balanced and supportive work environment with a mix of pediatric and adult patient care.

Opportunity:
Physician - Internal Medicine, Family Medicine

Job Details:

• Provide primary care services to a mix of pediatric and adult patients with 18 patient encounters per day
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Chart closure required within 72 hours
• Minimum of 18 patients per day required
• Active California medical license required
• MD or DO candidates accepted
• Board Certified required; Board Eligible considered if within 5 years or less since residency completion
• Active DEA required prior to start date
• BLS certification required
• Credentialing timeframe is approximately 45-90 days
• Candidate CVs must include month and date on all work experience with all gaps in employment accounted for
• Required immunizations prior to start date: 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (within 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, and Tdap Immunization (within the last 10 years)
• 30-day notice required for ending assignments
