Schedule: M-F; 8a-5p: Thursday has to be 10a-7p; 1 hour lunch
21 patients per day
Has MA, RN, and LVN support, as well as head office manager is an MA as well
Rate is All-Inclusive
Needs to have some FQHC Experiance
3 week credentialing, Can hire in a week
