Job description

Start: November 2, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: 6 months
Coverage: Outpatient family medicine clinic
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00
Call: No call
Volume: 13–19 patients per day
Practice Setting: Community health center
Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics

• Outpatient adult and geriatric primary care visits
• No procedures, no APP supervision, and no controlled substance prescribing
• Supported by medical assistants and an NP
• Documentation in Epic

Requirements
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Active California license in good standing
• DEA, controlled-substance registration, and BLS required
• Local candidates only (travel and lodging not covered)
• Credentialing: approximately 2–4 weeks
