Job description

Position: Permanent Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)
Location: Lancaster, CA
Start: Flexible
Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time, flexible shift times available, occasional weekends as needed
Volume: Approximately 16-24 patients per day
Practice Setting: Community Health Center, outpatient clinic

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Develop treatment plans and preventive care strategies
- Review labs and imaging and ensure appropriate follow-up
- Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation
- Coordinate specialist referrals
- Supervise mid-level providers as needed

Requirements:
- Board certified
- Active California MD or DO license
- DEA
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Community health or FQHC experience a plus
