Family Medicine Physician Needed in Colorado:
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3-6 months with option for extension
Schedule: 5x8s or 4x10s
Outpatient Clinic
Bread and butter services
EMR: Meditech
BC or truly BE required
Active CO License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
