Physician - Family Medicine

Job Details:
• Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care to a diverse patient population
• Work 36 patient-facing hours per week with dedicated time for professional growth
• Empanel patients quickly and become an integral part of the healthcare team
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation with Family Medicine colleagues
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers in a physician-led environment
• Lead and contribute to patient care strategy development
• Work in a dynamic environment focused on healthcare innovation
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (must finish residency)
• Colorado medical license required (or willing to obtain)
• DEA license must be obtained prior to start
• Clean malpractice history highly preferred
• Visa candidates not accepted
• Not open to locum or locum-to-perm arrangements
