Physician Needed for In-Home Health Evaluations in Colorado | Flexible | No Call | New Grads Welcome

Job description

This is an in-home health evaluation opportunity across Colorado, covering regions that include the Durango, Grand Junction, and Pueblo areas. With seven open positions and short- or long-term options, the role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN flexibility. Scheduling is flexible Monday-Sunday, 7:00a-7:00p, with no nights or weekends required and no call. Credentialing runs approximately six to eight weeks, and orientation modules take roughly 10-12 hours. Travel support (airfare, hotel, rental car) is available depending on eligibility.

The physician conducts pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members, seeing 6-9 visits per day. Each visit includes a medication and medical history review along with a physical evaluation in the member's home. The provider is given a pre-populated, patient-specific form and does not prescribe medication, order labs, or alter treatment regimens.

Candidates should be Board Certified with an active Colorado license and a master's degree. New graduates are accepted, and a DEA is not required, as the role involves no prescribing or diagnosing.
