POSITION DETAILS

Position Type: Permanent, full-time

Schedule: Day shifts

Patient-Facing Hours: 36 hours per week

Call Requirements: After-hours call rotation with Family Medicine colleagues

Start Date: To be determined


ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive Family Medicine and preventive care to patients across the lifespan.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

Build long-term relationships with patients and families.

Support preventive health, wellness, and chronic disease management.

Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers to coordinate patient care.

Participate in after-hours call coverage with Family Medicine colleagues.

Contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives.

Coordinate referrals and access to laboratory, imaging, specialty, and other UCHealth services.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual Base Salary: $257,000–$286,000

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 for eligible candidates

Productivity Bonus: Based on work relative value units (wRVUs)

Student Loan Repayment: Up to $24,000 ($1,000 per month for 2 years)

Relocation Assistance: Potentially available for eligible candidates

REQUIREMENTS

Board-certified in Family Medicine or truly board-eligible within 0–7 years of residency completion – required

Active Colorado medical license preferred; must obtain licensure during credentialing and before starting

Clean malpractice and background history preferred

Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report, active within 30 days – required at presentation

DEA registration – required before starting
