Job description

Start: November 2, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: Locums, locums-to-perm, or permanent
Coverage: Outpatient primary care (family medicine/internal medicine)
Schedule: Full time, Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00
Call: No call
Volume: About 20 patients per day
Practice Setting: Outpatient family medicine clinic, value-based care
Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics

• Outpatient primary care for adult and geriatric patients
• Value-based care model
• Documentation in Elation
• Travel reimbursement considered for non-local candidates; relocation welcome

Requirements
• Board Certified (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
• Active Colorado license or IMLC
• Local or Colorado-based candidates preferred (relocation considered)
• Interview: phone screen, then final interview with regional medical director and clinic operations leadership
• Credentialing: approximately 30 days
