Job description

Start: As soon as credentialed
Length: Locums-to-perm (3 months) or permanent
Coverage: Outpatient primary care
Schedule: Full time, Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00
Call: No call
Volume: About 20 patients per day
Practice Setting: Outpatient family practice
Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics

• Outpatient primary care for adult and geriatric patients
• Documentation in Elation
• Travel reimbursement considered for non-local candidates

Requirements
• Board Certified (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
• Active Colorado license or IMLC
• Local candidates preferred
• Interview: phone screen, then final interview with regional medical director and clinic operations leadership
• Credentialing: approximately 30 days
