Job description

Start: ASAP (as soon as credentialed)
Length: Locum to perm (3 months) or permanent
Coverage: Outpatient family medicine
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (full-time)
Call: None
Volume: About 20 patients per day
Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics
Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
EMR: Elation

Requirements:
- Board certified
- Active Colorado license or IMLC eligibility (will license through IMLC only)
- Local candidates preferred; non-local candidates needing travel reimbursement will be considered
- Credentialing: approximately 30 days
- Interview: phone screen, then final interview with clinical leadership
