The facility features streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers, along with efficient operations and robust staffing including nursing support and dedicated medical assistants.

Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

• Join an established, multi-provider primary care practice caring for patients across the lifespan, from birth through adulthood, with no obstetrics
• 100% office-based, outpatient Primary Care setting
• Full-time, weekday schedule with the option to ask about a 4-day work week
• Minimal call responsibility, averaging only 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
• Optional teaching opportunities with faculty appointment available
• Optional moonlighting and per diem opportunities in hospital or urgent care settings
• H1B cap-exempt organization supporting work authorization
• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
• BC/BE Family Medicine or Med-Peds required
• EPIC with Dragon, Ambient AI integration, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
