A growing, physician-led healthcare organization in Pensacola, FL is actively hiring for multiple outpatient value-based care positions due to continued patient growth and expanding senior-focused services.

Current Openings:
Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) – Established Primary Care Office
Primary Care Physician OR APP (NP/PA) – Additional Outpatient Clinic

These are high-demand practices with established patient panels. Candidates with prior value-based care, primary care, geriatrics, or Medicare Advantage experience are strongly preferred.

100% outpatient primary care
Monday–Friday schedule
No hospital call

Ideal Candidates
Physicians
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Florida license or eligibility required
APPs
Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Active Florida license or eligibility required
Primary care or value-based care experience preferred
Experience Preferred
