Job description

Start: January 4, 2027 (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: Ongoing
Coverage: Emergency department, nights and weekends
Schedule: Nights and weekends only; shift details TBD
Call: No call
Practice Setting: Acute care hospital

• Emergency evaluation, treatment, and disposition of ED patients
• Night and weekend shift coverage
• Travel covered: flight, lodging, and rental car

Requirements
• Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine physicians
• Minimum 3 years of emergency department experience and 2,000+ cumulative ED hours
• Active Florida license and DEA required
• Non-local candidates only (more than 50 miles from the facility)
• Credentialing: approximately 90 days
