Job description

We are currently seeking Primary Care Physicians (MD/DO) to join established outpatient practices across Florida. These opportunities offer an excellent chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive clinical environment while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Positions are available in traditional outpatient primary care settings as well as value-based care practices serving primarily geriatric populations.

We have opportunities throughout Florida, including:

St. Petersburg, Tampa, Brandon, Holiday, Spring Hill, Mount Dora, Winter Haven, Port Richey, Kissimmee, Pembroke Pines, Ormond Beach, Jacksonville, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Ocala, Tallahassee, Sarasota, Naples, Fort Myers, Boca Raton, Hallandale Beach, Orlando, Daytona, Bradenton, Apopka, Lakeland, Clearwater, and Aventura.

Additional opportunities for ACN-licensed physicians:

Fort McCoy, Lady Lake, Titusville, New Port Richey, Spring Hill, Brandon, and Brooksville.

Position Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient clinical setting.

Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate patient care.

Focus on preventive care, wellness, and long-term health management.

Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records.

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.

For applicable practices, provide care to primarily geriatric patient populations within a value-based care model.

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

Active Florida medical license or eligibility for Florida licensure.

Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred.

ACN-licensed physicians considered on a case-by-case basis.

Recent residency graduates are welcome to apply.
