Family Medicine Physician in Georgia

Provider Degree: MD/DO x2
Specialty: Family Medicine PC, Internal Medicine PC
Facility Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Guyton (solo provider, eventually will need 2)
Anticipated Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
i. Potential extended hours (would tie-in to 40 hour work week, long Wed means short Friday)
Open to PT candidates (minimum 2 days per week)
Any specific Residency training requirements?
Family Medicine & Internal Medicine
BC/BE Requirements? Do they need to be Board Certified in FM or IM or will you consider someone who isn’t Board Certified? Per our medical staffing bylaws, physicians must be board certified.
Patient Demographic: What ages will our provider need to be willing and able to see?
No Peds seen in FM clinics, they go to Peds specific office
i. Maybe some Acute Care Peds
ii. Ages 12+
Patient Volume: How many patients per day? How many per provider?
Rincon: 16-18 ppd (APP), MD/DO needs to see 20 ppd
Guyton: 16-17 ppd
Support Staff:
1 MA or LPN per Provider
1 Front Desk
Will they be preforming any procedures? If so, what are they and are they required or preferred?:
Standard PC, if they have procedures we will let you know
Any miscellaneous certification requirements: (BLS, ACLS, DOT, etc.)
BLS, DEA
What EMR? : Cerner
Travel & Lodging? & Rates: YES (Willing to fly providers back and fourth from home)
