TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity with a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Cartersville, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative primary care team serving a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting.

Opportunity to supervise APPs within the practice

Practice Environment
Outpatient clinic setting
Schedule supports up to 21 patients per day, with an average daily volume of approximately 16 patients
Collaborative, team-based practice
Medical interpreters available for patient care
Bilingual candidates preferred but not required
Major insurance credentialing provided
Medicare/Medicaid enrollment not required prior to hire

Schedule
Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
After-hours phone call only
Shared call rotation of approximately 1:6

Requirements
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain)
Three to five years of experience preferred
Interest in serving a diverse patient population
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary ranging from $190,000–$220,000
