TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a permanent, full-time or part-time opportunity with an established, physician-owned outpatient practice in the Metro Atlanta area. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys building a patient panel, developing long-term patient relationships, and working in a well-supported clinical environment.

Position Details
Specialty: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Position Type: Permanent
Location: Suwanee, Georgia
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with a flexible four- or five-day work week
Employment Options: Full-time or part-time considered
Patient Population: Adults ages 18 and older
Patient Volume: 18-24/day (2 new or 3 established per hour)
Call: Light call rotation shared among physicians
Start Date: Flexible

Practice Highlights
Established, physician-owned outpatient practice with a collaborative team of physicians and an advanced practice provider.
Strong clinical and administrative support, including nursing staff, patient triage, results management, scheduling, referrals, prior authorizations, and billing.
eClinicalWorks (eCW) electronic medical record with AI-assisted ambient documentation, templates, and order sets.
In-office diagnostic services include:
FibroScan
DEXA scans
Spirometry and ECG
Ultrasound, including echocardiography and vascular studies
Home sleep studies
Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring
Phlebotomy
Busy outpatient setting with opportunities to build and maintain a full patient panel.
Weekends and major holidays off.

Qualifications
MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Active Georgia medical license and DEA registration, or the ability to obtain both before starting.
Approximately 2–3 years of post-residency experience preferred.
Clean professional history, including medical licensure, DEA registration, hospital privileges, payer participation, and malpractice history.
Family Medicine physicians must be comfortable treating an adult-only patient population.
Seeking a physician interested in a long-term position and building a lasting patient base.

Compensation
Year One: $350k salary plus $50k sign on bonus
After Year One: Base Salary plus productivity bonus (Total Compensation well above $400k)
