Outpatient Family Practitioner needed in Chicago!

Job description

Location: Chicago IL
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 months
All outpatient
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday – 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday & Friday – 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday – 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
They will be seeing patients age 0-99
If they can't see peds that may be okay because there is someone else who can help with peds. There is not someone to help with geriatric, so they have to be comfortable with the older patient base.
Have a 20-25% no show rate because of the patient population
Integrated with BH and dental services are on site
Lab and radiology is off site
IL LICENSE REQUIRED
Credentialing Timeframe: 45+ days
