• Rockford Metro Area 2 hours from Chicago
• Full time Clinic and Call
• BE or BC
• Ambulatory only with no hospital call responsibilities
• Freeport location
• 1:6 call rotation- only taking call- will not go in-- this is for the nursing home and outpatient.
• Meditech EMR
• Open to Travel and Lodging
• Credentialing less than a month
• Temp privileges available
• PPD- TBD
• Support Staff- TBD
