Spanish speaking FM needed in Chicago

Job description

Requirements:
· BC or BE physician OR APP with minimum 3 years of experience
· Must see ages 0-99, no exceptions
· Must have at least 1 Saturday/month of availability from 8-2
· Must be bilingual- Spanish speaking - Will do medical role play in interview
Job Details:
· PC all ages
· 6 week credentialing period through 3 month assignment
· Monday-Friday 8 hours per day, 30 minute lunch. 4 clinic days, 1 admin day (1 hour of admin time per 8 hours of clinic)
o 1-2 Saturdays/month 8-2
· Support: MA, care coordinator
· Athena EMR
· Patient mix is 50% peds 50% adults

• Full time primary care coverage
• MUST be able to see newborns
• 45 day credentialing
