Job description

We are seeking a full-time Family Meidcine locums provider for an opportunity in Baraboo, WI, offering a consistent daytime schedule.

Start date: As soon as credentialed
Ongoing need
Schedule: 5x8's, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexible), Monday through Friday, no call
Average patient volume of 18-22 per day
EMR: Epic
Board Certified required
BLS required
ACLS preferred
