• Board Certified FP/IM
• Outpatient Primary Care
• Starting ASAP- Credentialing takes less than 4 weeks
• Clinic is open M-F 8a-5p
• 20-25 Patients/day
• Support Staff consists of MDs, NPs & MAs
• Women’s Health, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health on site
• Travel & Lodging available

• Outpatient clinic needing FPs and IMs
• Bread and Butter Primary Care... no procedures
• Clinic open M-F 8-4:30 with flexible scheduling
