We are seeking a Permanent Family Medicine Physician in Bourbon, IN.

Shift: Days, Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm (or until all patients are seen)

Position Details:
Patient Population: Pediatrics through Geriatrics
Setting: Outpatient Clinic (part of Saint Joseph Health System)
Responsibilities: Assess, evaluate, and treat patients; chronic disease management; minor procedures; collaborate with supervising physicians; opportunities for resident teaching
Required Procedures: Sutures, biopsies, pap smears, joint injections/aspirations, skin tag/mole removal
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: Nurse Practitioner
Days Per Month: Standard weekday schedule
On-Call/Weekends: 1:7 phone call only

Submission Requirements:
Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine – REQUIRED
Indiana license (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED
Active DEA – REQUIRED
BLS and ACLS – REQUIRED
COVID vaccination – REQUIRED
Experience treating all ages – REQUIRED
EPIC EMR knowledge – HIGHLY PREFERRED
