Job description

Great family medicine position open in the Ft. Wayne, Indiana area!
Highlights include:
-Fast credentialing
-2.5 patients per hour
-Basic primary care duties seeing patients of all ages
-2 locations in the Ft. Wayne area- no more than a 5 minute drive from each other
-E Clinical Works EMR
-Board certified in any primary care speciality
-Solid support staff in the clinic
-Must have active IN license, DEA, BLS, CSR
