Job Description:
• Family Med physician need
• Must see all ages
• 8-5 pm, M-F
• 20-22 patients/day
• 20 mins intervals
• 40 min intervals for annual wellness exams and newborn patients
• Prefer BC, would look at BE
• 90 day assignment
• Will have their own MA
• 2 pediatricians, 1 FNP, 1 psychologist, and an LCSW at location
• In person, on site interview process

• 40 hrs week
• Must see all ages
• Active IN license, BLS, DEA
