Locum Physician | In-Home Health Evaluations | Davenport & Dubuque, IA | Flexible Days, No Nights or Weekends

Job description

Start: December 9, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: Short-term or long-term; full-time, part-time, or PRN
Coverage: In-home health evaluations in Iowa, including the Davenport and Dubuque regions
Schedule: Flexible, Monday–Sunday, 7:00–19:00; no nights or weekends required; minimum 60 hours of availability per month
Call: No call
Volume: 6–9 visits per day
Practice Setting: Home health
Patient Population: Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial health plan members

• Pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history review and a physical evaluation
• Pre-populated, patient-specific form provided for each visit
• No prescribing, lab orders, or changes to current treatment plans
• Airfare, hotel, and rental car available depending on eligibility
• Orientation and training modules are unpaid

Requirements
• MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active Iowa license required
• Must have worked clinically within the past 2 years
• Must reside in the US
• Minimum 60 hours of availability per month
• Credentialing: approximately 7 days to 6–8 weeks
