Aya Locums is seeking a Home Health Physician in Northwest Louisiana.

Assignment Details:
• Start Date: September 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Flexible; 8 hour shifts
• Call Rotation: N/A
• Practice Setting: Home Visits
• Patients per day: 6-9 visits per day
• Job Details: Conduct pre scheduled and in home health evaluations

Requirements:
• State License: Active LA license required
• Credentialing: 1-8 weeks
