Locum to Perm - FM or IM Outpatient - Fall River, MA

Locum to Perm Opportunity in Fall River, Massachusetts!

Family Medicine or Internal Medicine MD or DO needed!

Requirements: MUST be Board-Certified or Truly Board-Eligible.

Looking for clean background - Minor malpractice claims may be considered.

Clean License and DEA.

Contract Length: 3-9-month locum assignment then convert to perm.

Credentialing: 3-4 weeks credentialing.

Start Date: As soon as credentialed. ASAP start!

Setting: Outpatient clinic

Schedule: Schedule is FLEXIBLE, locum can work 30-40 hours per week... hours of operation: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8 a.m.–6 p.m.; Wednesday 8 a.m.–7 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m.–1 p.m.

Patient Volume: Typical provider volume: 16-20 patients per day

Clinical Details: Well-child, routine maintenance, women's health, contraception, and GYN required.

Acute care for uncomplicated adult and pediatric cases.

Hospital privileges are not required. The call is taken by an on-call company "Night Nurse" They take all after hour calls and facility keeps a provider as backup to Night Nurse. It rotates 1 week on about every 8 weeks . It’s very minimal calls maybe 1-2 per week

Office Staff: Full office staff, multiple physicians, APP's, MA's/RN's

EMR: EPIC
