Job description

6 Month Contract starting ASAP (must commit to 6 months full time)

• FP or IM Trained Physician – Will look at GPs
• EMR is Avatar
• OUTPATIENT Primary Care to Psychiatric Patients
• Working with RN’s and LPN’s and Behavioral Health Team
• 8-4:30
• M-F
• work on-call (once or 2x a week), in addition to their regular shifts.
Call starts at 4:30PM and goes until 8:00am
• 15-20 PPD
Credentialing takes about 2-3 weeks
