Family Medicine Coverage at Clinic in MI

Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a family or internal medicine physician for coverage at a clinic in East China, WI.

Start Date: ASAP
Schedule:3x 8hr days per week availability required, preferably Monday-Wednesday, likely 8a-5p.
**Will accept an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician**
• Support staff:1 NP, 1:1 MA per physician

Work Details:
• Practice Setting: clinic with labs drawn in house, no radiology in house. Two procedure rooms in office – only minor procedures done in office.
• EMR/Charting Software: Athena
• Avg. Daily Census: 12-16 patients per day
• Patient Age Group: adults only
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: BC or Truly BE in Internal Medicine OR Family Medicine.
• State License(s): MI (required)
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS required
• DEA Req’d?: MI required
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days--may be able to get temps due to clinic need
Willing To License?: No

• 3 days per week coverage (Mon-Fri ideal!)
• 12-16 Patients per day
