FQHC - Medical Director role

Will they be clinical or admin or both? – Both

If clinical and admin – what's the schedule breakdown? – 4 days clinic – 1 day admin

What does the admin day entail? – Meetings with provider, monthly/weekly operational meetings, normal admin work.

How many providers would they be overseeing? – overseeing 4 providers

Who would they be reporting to? – CEO

Would they just be at one site or multiple? – 4 sites – Detroit Metro – they would be at one location
Would they be “on call” outside of their onsite hours? – they would be on call – advising type of call



M, T, Th, F – 8-5
W – 10-7
One Saturday a month – flexible on if have to do this 9-1
30 min before – 30 min after to do charting
Open to 3-5 days

• FQHC setting ~ 20 patients a day, all ages
• 3 to 5 days a week + one Saturday a month. 1 admin day a week
• Start date is 1/26- 3 month assignment
