Job description

An FQHC in Muskegon is seeking a Family Medicine physician (MI licensed with CSR and DEA) who can see patients across the lifespan, including infants; pediatric-only physicians will not be considered. The provider will serve as the collaborating physician for two NPs/PAs. This is a 3-month assignment starting ASAP, with credentialing estimated at two weeks (potentially expedited). The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, seeing an average of 12–15 patients per day with a maximum of 23 PPD, using Epic EMR. Travel and lodging are provided. A drug screen, fit-for-duty/physical form, and TB test results are required.
