The facility features EPIC EMR, strong physician support, and focuses on delivering high-quality patient care in a community-focused outpatient setting.

Opportunity:
Physician - Family Medicine

Job Details:
• Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care services to adult and/or family medicine patients
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct preventative care visits, annual wellness exams, and routine follow-up appointments
• Develop long-term treatment plans and coordinate patient care with specialists when appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation utilizing EPIC EMR system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Participate in shared on-call responsibilities as assigned
• Maintain productivity expectations during 36 weekly patient-contact hours
• Utilize 4 administrative hours weekly for charting, care coordination, and related duties
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in a supportive outpatient clinic environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational standards of care
• Build strong relationships with patients and the local community
• Support continuity of care and patient education initiatives
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Board Certification required within 3 years for Board Eligible candidates
• Michigan medical license required (or willing to obtain)
• DEA certification, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CSL certification required
• Clean malpractice and licensing history required
• Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend requirements
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Open to H1B visa candidates but cannot accept J1 visa candidates
• Accepting 2026 and 2027 graduates

Compensation:
