This healthcare system operates a 25-bed acute care hospital that provides a comprehensive range of medical services along with key ancillary services and advanced medical technologies. The facility features a daily-operation surgery center and offers complete rehabilitation services including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

Job Details:
• Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no call responsibilities
• Join a well-established practice with 6 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers
• Work in a Patient Centered Medical Home designated clinic
• Manage an average daily patient volume of 20 patients
• Conduct nursing home rounds as part of patient care responsibilities
• Access to full support staff including nursing, medical assistants, schedulers, care coordinators, and clerical support
