Family Medicine Locum Tenens – Michigan (Outpatient)

Locations:

Petoskey, MI
Rogers City, MI

Start: ASAP
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Practice Overview
Patient Volume: ~20 patients/day
Patient Population: Newborn – Geriatric
Support Staff: 1 MA + 1 PAR per provider
EMR: Cerner
Clinical Responsibilities
Full-scope Family Medicine care
Adult & Pediatric outpatient visits
Gynecology: Pelvic exams & Pap smears
EKG interpretation

Requirements
Board Certified – Family Medicine (REQUIRED)
Active Michigan License (REQUIRED at submission)
Must be local to Michigan (REQUIRED)
Experience in Family Medicine (REQUIRED)
NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) REQUIRED
