Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 20 patients/day
Patient Population: Newborn through Geriatric
Practice Setting: Outpatient
Support Staff: 1 MA + 1 PAR per provider
EMR: Cerner
Clinical Skills: Adult Outpatient, Pediatric General Outpatient, Gynecology/Pelvic Exam & Pap Smear, EKG Interpretation
License: Active Michigan license required at name clear
Board Certification: Family Medicine required
Local Requirement: Must be local to Michigan
NPDB: Self-Query pulled within the same month required
