FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN – FULL-TIME

POSITION OVERVIEW

Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative Primary Care team. This is a full-time opportunity offering comprehensive family medicine care, teaching opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

✓ Full-time – 1.0 FTE
✓ Monday: 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
✓ Tuesday–Friday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
✓ Full-spectrum Family Medicine
✓ Adult and pediatric patient care
✓ Teaching opportunities with residents, medical students, and fellows
✓ Shared call coverage with nearby primary care offices, approximately 8 weeks per year
✓ Collaborative team with physicians, APPs, social workers, pharmacy, care management, and support staff
✓ Epic EMR

REQUIREMENTS

✓ MD/DO – Required
✓ Board Certified or Board Eligible – Required
✓ Board Eligible physicians must achieve board certification within the timeframe established by their specialty board
✓ Active Michigan medical license or willingness to obtain
✓ DEA license or willingness to obtain
✓ BLS and ACLS or willingness to obtain
✓ New graduates are welcome to apply
✓ Clean malpractice history preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

✓ Provide comprehensive primary and family medicine care
✓ Develop and manage patient treatment plans
✓ Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
✓ Participate in teaching and mentoring
✓ Document patient care using Epic EMR
✓ Participate in quality improvement initiatives
✓ Support community health and patient care initiatives
