Facility:
This well-established healthcare organization in northern Michigan is actively seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to provide primary care services. The facility offers strong support staff, including a Medical Assistant and Patient Access Representative assigned to each provider, along with a modern Cerner EHR system to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.

Board Certified - Family Medicine

Job Details:

• Provide primary care services Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• See approximately 20 patients per day
• Support staff includes one Medical Assistant and one Patient Access Representative per provider
• Current EHR system: Cerner
• Must be experienced and comfortable treating patients ranging from Newborn to Geriatric
• Perform Adult Outpatient services
• Perform Pediatric General Outpatient services
• Perform Gynecology procedures including pelvic exams and pap smears
• Perform EKG Interpretation
• Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Must have an active Michigan medical license at the time of name clear
• Must have experience in Family Medicine
• Only open to candidates located in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Wisconsin
• Self-Query NPDB required at time of presentation (must be pulled within the month)
• Provider must use DocTime as of 7/1 to clock in and clock out
