FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN

Practice Setting: Outpatient
Schedule Options:
✓ Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
✓ Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts

Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients/day
EHR: Cerner

PATIENT POPULATION & CLINICAL SKILLS

✓ Adult outpatient care
✓ Pediatric general outpatient care
✓ Newborn through geriatric patients
✓ Gynecology and pelvic exams
✓ Pap smears
✓ EKG interpretation
✓ Must be experienced and comfortable treating a broad age range from newborn to geriatric

SUPPORT STAFF

✓ 1 Medical Assistant per provider
✓ 1 PAR per provider

REQUIREMENTS

✓ Board Certified in Family Medicine
✓ Active Michigan medical license required at submission
✓ Family Medicine experience required
✓ Local Michigan candidates preferred
✓ Qualified candidates from other states may be considered
