Facility:
This healthcare organization is building an innovative team to staff a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility featuring 24 exam rooms. The practice operates in close collaboration with an existing team located just 20 minutes away, creating a supportive network of healthcare professionals. The facility utilizes EPIC electronic medical records and maintains a physician-led practice model with excellent support systems.

Opportunity:
PHYSICIAN - Family Medicine & Hospitalist

Job Details:
• Join a growing team of 4 MDs and 4 Nurse Practitioners in a new, cutting-edge facility
• Work in close collaboration with existing Deer River team (20 minutes away)
• Physician-led practice with no evening clinic phone calls
• Clinic work performed in Grand Rapids location
• Hospitalist duties at Essentia Health Deer River Hospital - a modern 20-bed Critical Access Hospital
• Hospitalist call approximately 1 week every 6 weeks, serving as backup after ER physicians
• Hospitalist coverage involves 3-4 day stretches every 6 weeks in Deer River
• Additional procedure opportunities include colposcopies, endoscopies, stress tests, and EGDs
• Flexible scheduling with 0.6 - 1.0 FTE options available
• EPIC electronic medical record system
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Serve a population of approximately 45,000 in the service area
